The company Cravic, S.A. Was born after the founding members had begun years ago the activity of promoters and builders in Reus through the company Construcciones Ramon Cubero, S.A. Along with other partners .

In 1975, the brothers Ramon and Vicente, together with Ramon's wife, Mª Dolores, formed Cravic, becoming part of the name of the two founders, and whose shareholding is one hundred percent familiar .

His first promotions were housing of official protection, a type of regime very demanded at the time and whose construction concentrated in Reus. At the beginning of the eighties, its offer was extended with second homes on the coast, in Salou and Cambrils.

With the incorporation of the second generation of the family in the management of the company, the activity was extended to the management and development of residential and, to a lesser extent, industrial land. At the same time, the development of all phases of a building project in the company was integrated. In this way, the construction and promotion activity was incorporated into the technical department, whose purpose was to carry out the study and development of the project, as well as its subsequent follow-up during the execution phase.
